Since 2018, we have worked together with clients to solve complex problems, implement organizational improvements, and develop innovative product solutions.

Our key team has over 80 years of experience providing a wide range of programs and projects for clients in the public and private sectors, including the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of State (DoS), the Department of Interior (DOI)/Bureau of Land Management (BLM), IBM, Red Hat, Gunnison, Software Education (SoftEd), Training Industry, and the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Centurion provided policy governance development and implementation services to the Bureau of Land Management Office of Law Enforcement and Security’s policy modernization initiative. Conducted an assessment of current BLM business processes, made program and policy recommendations, and collaborated on industry best practices for law enforcement and public safety professionals. Developed a policy management software tool for creating, revising, reviewing, updating, and approving BLM Law Enforcement policies.
Centurion provided Project Management Office (PMO) Advisory and Project Management Training services to support Tampa Bay Water’s newly established Planning and Projects Department PMO. Conducted organizational assessment of the PMO and organizational project management maturity and helped develop a roadmap to improve Capital Improvement Processes and project governance. Provided project management training and coaching for executives, project managers, and project team members.
Centurion provided consultative support to analyze Allergan’s talent acquisition data to determine if any biases were preventing Allergan from reaching its strategic goals.
Centurion partnered with the American Pharmacist’s Association (APhA) to build out a cloud-based big data platform to provide leadership and end-users with better tracking of key metrics, such as deep insights, to increase their membership base.
Centurion delivered a customized Project Management Fundamentals course to Gunnison’s operational leaders and directors to assist the company with developing more effective systems and processes after completing recent mergers and acquisitions.
Centurion provided Neiman Marcus Group (NMG) change management advisory services to support a major supply chain transformation, specifically in warehouse and order management system upgrades, upgrades to Distribution Centers and Fulfillment Center network and material handling network, and increasing the size, speed, capacity, and efficiency of remaining distribution centers.
Centurion delivered multiple project management training courses for students preparing for Project Management Professional certifications. Classes were delivered in person and virtually. Completed multiple course deliveries to students from diverse backgrounds, industries, and levels of project management knowledge and experience. Students included project managers, business analysts, functional managers, executive leaders, and project stakeholders.
Centurion provided knowledge engineering services for multiple project management training courses for students preparing for Project Management certifications in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Conducted webinars on incorporating the agile methodology into human resources and learning and development.
Centurion provided training for human resource professionals seeking certification as Agile Human Resource professionals.
